Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using advelocitymasterclass.com (the "Site") or purchasing any products or services offered by ADvelocity Masterclass ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing the Site, enrolling in a program, or completing a purchase, you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

1. About Our Products

ADvelocity Masterclass offers digital education products and coaching programs related to Facebook and Meta advertising, including but not limited to:

• The LAKE Method — a digital training program
• AdVelocity 2.0 — a higher-level coaching and training program
• Related webinars, downloads, templates, and supplemental materials

All products are delivered digitally. Access details are provided via email following purchase confirmation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to purchase from or use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Access and Credentials

Upon purchase, you may receive login credentials to access course materials through our delivery platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your login credentials to any third party.

4. Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout, processed by our third-party payment processors. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total purchase amount.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Refund Policy

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine the policy has been abused, including but not limited to downloading all materials before requesting a refund.

All content on the Site and within our programs — including but not limited to course videos, slides, worksheets, frameworks, copy, graphics, and training materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ADvelocity Masterclass and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content
• Share login credentials or grant others access to your account
• Create derivative works based on our content without written permission
• Use our content for training artificial intelligence models or any automated system
• Screen-record, download, or extract videos or materials beyond what is expressly permitted

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party platforms. Their terms of service govern your use of their products.

Platform policies — including Meta's advertising policies — are subject to change, and we make no representations that the strategies taught in our programs will always comply with future policy changes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ADvelocity Masterclass and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, our products, or your advertising activities — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before initiating any legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at the address below and allowing 30 days to respond.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or our products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
